I cannot recommend this seller. Unfortunately I have needed to replace two different parts for my new VOL-6130 chipper. The service/repair was very costly (not to mention time out of action). I paid for the first replacement part and shipping cost - this was possibly a fragile part but I could have contributed to the issue by hitting a pot hole with some speed. The second faulty part was offered as a free replacement (not shipping) and the supplier wouldn't touch the service/repair cost that this resulted in. I have included a photo of what the second faulty part resulted in. Look elsewhere.

The shipment has been accurate, the box robust and protective. The log splitter is really very strong and well manufactured, silent and fast. Easy to use. The commercial and delivery support of Ms. Volnos Amy is at the highest level and I was assisted step by step. I'm completely satisfied.
